I love the other world quality of this infrared photo from Allison and Dale’s wedding! One of our Nikon cameras has been modified to shot infrared. We do not use it much, but make sure to take a few infrared images for every wedding. Infrared turns dark foliage into a soft glowing white, very surreal, but cool!

Allison and Dale tied the knot on May 11th, at Sleepy Hollow Inn in Huntington, Vermont! First it was sunny, then it rained, then it was sunny again. Welcome to spring-time in Vermont! But the outdoor wedding went off without a hitch, even though it dumped 20 minutes afterwards. The bride and groom were caught outdoors, and huddled underneath umbrellas, surrounded by their wedding party and their umbrellas! Everyone stayed mostly dry and a good time was had by all.
